The masking solutions we are going to present are the ones more suitable for a more aggressive and invasive treatment comparing to a simple coating process or others: SANDBLASTING

Euromask® produces and delivers since more than 20 years a wide range of adhesive tapes and discs in different materials depending on which type of sandblasting you have to work with, and on the depth of the erosion on the surface: from paper tapes and discs, for a more superficial blasting, to PET (in the picture), polyimide, and the glass cloth tape, which has unique features of tensile strength and heat resistance and present an high resistance to high pressure sandblasting.

In addition to round adhesive (discs), squared and rectangular ones with standard shapes shown on our catalogue, Euromask® offers also a custom cutting service: we can provide you adhesives with special and custom shapes with all the material mentioned above.
For artistic works, such as glass decoration with sandblasting, Euromask® provides not only adhesive films suitable for this type of process, but also offers the possibility to ask for a customization, for ex. the carving of a logo, a sign or a specific pattern provided directly by the Customer.

Another solution could be our silicone plugs and caps, for the protection of pins or holes, even if threaded, or custom silicone masks on your specific request: it will be enough to provide a technical drawing or directly the item that need to be masked and Euromask®’s staff will provide you a physical sample within 3/5 days so that you can test it and possibly approve it.
